On May 8, 2025, TEXTS entered a landmark joint venture with TAXIECO, a leading provider of intelligent logistics solutions in the Asia-Pacific region. Together, they launched TEXTS–TAXIECO Smart Logistics, a strategic alliance dedicated to accelerating the digital transformation of the Philippine logistics sector.

Under this partnership:

TAXIECO’s AI-powered dispatch and internationally certified IoT logistics platform is fully integrated into TEXTS operations.
