    • If your item or parcel arrives damaged or is lost, you can report the issue directly through the TEXTS App. Go to Bookings → My Orders → Help → Damaged or Lost Item and provide all necessary details so our support team can investigate and assist you promptly.

      You may also contact us through the in-app Live Chat or via email for real-time support. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide information on possible compensation or further actions if applicable.

      After the trip, make sure to rate the driver and leave detailed remarks about the incident. Your feedback helps us improve service quality and ensures better experiences for all users.
