To ensure a safe and trusted experience for all, both drivers and passengers must complete registration and verification before accessing the platform.

Enter your pick-up and drop-off points, select your preferred vehicle, and instantly receive a fare estimate. Once your ride is confirmed, you’ll get a real-time ETA and can share your live trip location with loved ones—or in the case of fleet providers, with dispatch teams and supervisors for added coordination and safety.

Unlike conventional platforms, TEXTS uses a dual monitoring system, combining IoT-powered tracking and GPS technology installed in each fleet vehicle. This ensures highly accurate, secure ride monitoring that does not rely solely on the passenger’s mobile device.
